Ingredients for - Baileys Brownies

1. Cooking spray -
2. 1 box brownie mix, plus ingredients called for on box -
3. 1/2 c. sweetened condensed milk -
4. 1 3/4 c. milk chocolate chips -
5. 1/4 c. Baileys Irish Cream -
6. 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract -
7. Pinch of kosher salt -

How to cook deliciously - Baileys Brownies

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350°. Line an 8"-x-8" baking pan with parchment paper and grease with cooking spray. Prepare brownie batter according to box instructions. Spread in pan and bake brownies according to box instructions.

2. Stage

In a medium bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, Baileys Irish cream, vanilla, and salt. Place bowl over a pot of barely simmering water to create a double boiler and stir constantly until the chocolate is melty. 

3. Stage

Pour fudge mixture over cooled brownies. Refrigerate until set.

4. Stage

Slice into squares and serve.
