8. Coconut flour - ¼ cup
9. Melted butter - ¼ cup
10. Baking powder - 1 tablespoon
11. Xanthan gum - 1 teaspoon
12. Sea salt - ½ teaspoon
13. Gluten-free vanilla extract - ½ teaspoon
14. Ground nutmeg - 1 dash

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray.
