5. Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
6. Whole wheat flour - 2 cups
7. Hemp hearts - ½ cup
8. Chia seeds - ½ cup
9. Unsweetened shredded coconut - ½ cup
10. Unsweetened cocoa powder - ½ cup
11. Ground cinnamon - 1 ½ teaspoons
12. Salt - 1 teaspoon
13. Baking soda - 1 teaspoon
14. Ground nutmeg - ½ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Healthy Chocolate Zucchini Loaf

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease 2 standard loaf pans.

Combine zucchini, maple syrup, oil, and vanilla extract in a large bowl.
