Ingredients for - Mezcal Mule

1. Ice, or as needed - 1 cup
2. Lime - ½ medium
3. Mezcal - 2 ounces
4. Ginger beer - 5 ounces
5. Candied ginger - 1 piece
6. 1 lime wedge (optional) - 1 piece

How to cook deliciously - Mezcal Mule

1. Stage

Fill a copper mule mug with ice. Squeeze the juice from 1/2 a lime into the mug. Add mezcal and top with ginger beer; stir to combine.

Garnish with the candied ginger and lime wedge.
