Finely chop half of the young cabbage.

Add 1 tsp. soy sauce, 1 tsp. mustard, 4 tbsp. vegetable oil (a little more or less) to the lime juice. Add 100g of feta cheese, which should be kneaded and mixed thoroughly.

This is how the sauce turns out. I add the sauce to the chopped vegetables, mix it thoroughly, taste it. If necessary, I need to add more salt, although I did not do this, since feta and soy sauce are salty.
