How to cook deliciously - Miami Dolphins Jell-O Shots

Prepare shot glasses by placing each one in an individual muffin tin cavity and leaning them at an angle so they’re tilted at about 45 degrees.

For orange layer: In a medium saucepan, mix together 1 cup water with orange Jell-O and sprinkle 1 envelope gelatin on top. Allow mixture to sit for 1 minute, then whisk everything together; heat on medium until it reaches a simmer. Add 1 cup vodka and whisk together. Place 1 tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons orange Jell-O into each of your plastic shot glasses and place in fridge for about 30 minutes.
