Ingredients for - Pistachio Fudge

1. Evaporated milk ¾ cup
2. White sugar 2 ½ cups
3. Butter ½ cup
4. Marshmallow creme 2 cups
5. Vanilla-flavored candy coating 8 ounces
6. Chopped pistachio nuts 1 cup
7. Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
8. Green food coloring 1 drop

How to cook deliciously - Pistachio Fudge

1 . Stage

Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

2 . Stage

In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, combine evaporated milk, sugar and butter; boil for 4 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in marshmallow creme and candy coating. Stir in pistachios, vanilla and food coloring. Add more drops of food coloring to achieve desired color.

3 . Stage

Pour into prepared pan and cool.
