2. 1/3 c. freshly chopped mint -
3. Zest of 3 limes -
4. Juice of 2 limes -
5. 3 tbsp. white rum -
6. Kosher salt -
7. 4 c. watermelon, cut into triangles -

How to cook deliciously - Mojito Watermelon

1. Stage

In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, mint, lime zest and juice, and rum and season with salt.
