Ingredients for - Pickle Dip

1. 12 oz. cream cheese, softened -
2. 1 1/2 c. finely chopped pickles -
3. 1/3 c. sour cream -
4. 1/4 c. pickle juice -
5. 1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan -
6. 2 tbsp. dill, finely chopped, plus more for garnish -
7. 1 tsp. garlic powder -
8. 1 tsp. onion powder -
9. 1/2 tsp. coriander seeds (optional) -
10. 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes -
11. Kosher salt -
12. Freshly ground black pepper -

How to cook deliciously - Pickle Dip

1. Stage

In a large bowl combine cream cheese, pickles, sour cream, and pickle juice. Using a hand mixer, mix until smooth and fully combined. Fold in parmesan, dill, and spices. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
