1. Brown sugar - ¼ cup
2. Kosher salt - 2 tablespoons
3. Paprika - 2 tablespoons
4. Black pepper - 1 tablespoon
5. Dried thyme - 1 teaspoon
6. Ground coriander - 2 teaspoons
7. Dry mustard - 1 tablespoon
8. Fennel seed, crushed - 2 teaspoons
9. Garlic powder - 2 teaspoons
10. Pork tenderloin - 1 (3 pound)
11. RED GOLD® Crushed Tomatoes - 1 (28 ounce) can
12. RED GOLD® Diced Tomatoes - 1 (14.5 ounce) can

How to cook deliciously - Slow Cooker Pulled Pork from RED GOLD®

1. Stage

In a small bowl combine all the spices. Rub the pork with about 6 to 8 tablespoons of the dry mixture; reserve the rest. Wrap the pork with plastic and refrigerate overnight.

2. Stage

Place the pork, fat side up in a slow cooker. Add the crushed tomatoes and diced tomatoes. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.

3. Stage

Remove pork and shred with two forks. Add pan juices as needed to keep pork moist.
