1. 6 oz. cream cheese, softened -
2. 2 tbsp. powdered sugar -
3. 2 c. shortbread cookies, crushed -
4. 2 c. Caramel -
5. 1 c. sweetened shredded coconut, toasted -
6. Melted chocolate, for drizzling -

How to cook deliciously - Samoa Truffles

1. Stage

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar together until smooth and fluffy, 2 minutes. Stir in crushed shortbread cookies until completely combined. Using a small cookie scoop, form balls of the mixture. Refrigerate until firm, 30 minutes.

2. Stage

In a small bowl, stir together caramel and toasted coconut. Dip each ball into mixture until completely coated.

3. Stage

Refrigerate 30 minutes more to let caramel set.

4. Stage

Drizzle with melted chocolate.
