Ingredients for - Spaghetti Soup

1. 2 tbsp. vegetable oil -
2. 1/2 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breast -
3. 1 medium onion -
4. 1 large carrot -
5. 1 stalk celery -
6. 2 clove garlic -
7. 4 c. Swanson® Chicken Broth -
8. 1 can Campbell's® Condensed Tomato Soup -
9. 1 c. water -
10. 3 oz. uncooked spaghetti -
11. 2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley -

How to cook deliciously - Spaghetti Soup

1. Stage

Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in a 6-quart saucepot over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until it’s well browned, stirring often. Remove the chicken from the saucepot.

2. Stage

Add the remaining oil to the saucepot and heat over medium heat. Add the onion and cook for 1 minute. Add the carrots and cook for 1 minute. Add the celery and garlic and cook for 1 minute.

3. Stage

Stir in the broth, soup and water. Heat to a boil. Stir in the spaghetti. Cook for 10 minutes or until the spaghetti is tender. Stir in the chicken and parsley, if desired, and cook until the mixture is hot and bubbling.

4. Stage

Serving Suggestion: Serve with a Caesar Salad and a crusty Italian loaf.
