Ingredients for - True BBQ

1. c. cider vinegar -
2. 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes -
3. 1/4 tsp. salt -
4. 2 c. pulled pork -
5. 4 to 6 white buns -
6. 1 1/2 c. grated white cabbage -
7. 1 grated carrot -
8. 1 tbsp. mayonnaise -
9. 1/4 tsp. sugar -
10. 1 tsp. vinegar -
11. Dash salt -
12. pinch pepper (optional) -

How to cook deliciously - True BBQ

1. Stage

Combine the vinegar, red pepper flakes, salt, and pork in a saucepot. Heat on medium-low with the lid on for 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. In the meantime, make the NC Slaw using the recipe on this page.

2. Stage

To make the slaw: Stir all of the ingredients together until well combined.

3. Stage

When the meat is ready, turn off the stove and build your sandwiches. For each sandwich, put a spoonful of barbeque and a spoonful of slaw between the two halves of a bun. I like to squish the bun down before taking a big bite.
