Ingredients for - Applesauce Overnight Oats

1. 1 c. unsweetened applesauce -
2. 1/3 c. fresh strawberries, roughly chopped -
3. 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon -
4. 1/3 c. almond butter -
5. 2 tsp. honey or maple syrup -
6. 1 c. Clover Valley® Quick Oats -
7. 1 c. plant-based milk  -
8. 1/4 c. chopped fresh pineapple, for garnish -

How to cook deliciously - Applesauce Overnight Oats

1. Stage

In a small bowl, stir together applesauce, cinnamon, and strawberries. In another small bowl stir together almond butter and honey. 

2. Stage

To assemble, divide half the applesauce mixture between the bottom of 2 medium jars, then add ½ cup of Clover Valley® Quick Oats to each, and pour ½ cup of milk into each. Divide almond butter mixture evenly between jars and finish by topping both with the remaining applesauce mixture. Seal tightly and refrigerate overnight. 

3. Stage

Serve each jar topped with pineapple.
