1. 1 package Hillshire Farm® Chicken Hardwood Smoked Sausage -
2. 1 1/2 c. water -
3. 3 medium red apples -
4. 1/2 c. seedless raisins -
5. 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon -
6. 1 c. couscous -
7. 1/4 c. sliced green onion -
8. 2 tbsp. slivered almonds (optional) -

How to cook deliciously - Chicken Smoked Sausage with Couscous

1. Stage

Cut sausage into 1/2-inch pieces. Spray a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Heat over medium-high for 2 minutes. Add sausage and cook, stirring frequently, 3 to 4 minutes or until lightly browned.

2. Stage

Add water, apples, raisins, and cinnamon to skillet; bring to a boil. Stir in couscous and green onion. Cover; remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Sprinkle with almonds before serving, if desired.
