1. 1/2 stick cold unsalted butter -
2. 1/2 c. light-brown sugar -
3. c. all-purpose flour -
4. 1/2 c. old-fashioned rolled oats -
5. 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon -
6. tsp. Coarse salt -
7. 2 oz. pine nuts -
8. 4 apricots -
9. 12 oz. strawberries -
10. 1/2 c. sugar -
11. 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice -
12. 1 tsp. cornstarch -
13. 1 pinch salt -
14. 1 pt. strawberry ice cream -

How to cook deliciously - Strawberry and Apricot Crisp with Pine-Nut Crumble

1. Stage

Combine all the crumble ingredients in a medium bowl and massage together with your fingers until the butter is incorporated and the mixture forms small clumps. Refrigerate until the mixture is cold, at least 30 minutes and up to overnight.

2. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Butter a 9 1/2-inch shallow round baking dish or pie plate. Combine all the filling ingredients in another medium bowl. Transfer the filling to the baking dish and top with the crumble. Bake until bubbling in the center and the crumble is browned, about 40 minutes. Let the crisp cool at least 20 minutes.

3. Stage
