1. Vegetable oil 2 tablespoons
2. Massaman curry paste 1 tablespoon
3. Beef chuck, cut into 1-inch cubes ½ pound
4. Coconut milk 1 cup
5. Potato, cubed 1
6. Onion, quartered 1
7. Fish sauce 2 tablespoons
8. Lemon juice 2 tablespoons
9. Dried chili peppers, crushed (Optional) 4
10. Makrut lime leaves 2
11. Brown sugar 1 teaspoon
12. Roasted peanuts ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Beef Massaman Curry

1 . Stage

Heat oil in a wok over high heat. Stir in curry paste and heat until bubbling. Add beef and coconut milk; cook and stir until beef is browned, 7 to 10 minutes.

2 . Stage

Stir in potato, onion, fish sauce, lemon juice, chili peppers, lime leaves, and brown sugar. Cook for 5 minutes, reduce heat, and simmer until beef is tender, 20 to 30 minutes. Sprinkle peanuts on top.
