1. Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
2. Massaman curry paste - 1 tablespoon
3. Beef chuck, cut into 1-inch cubes - ½ pound
4. Coconut milk - 1 cup
5. Potato, cubed - 1
6. Onion, quartered - 1
7. Fish sauce - 2 tablespoons
8. Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
9. Dried chili peppers, crushed (Optional) - 4
10. Makrut lime leaves - 2
11. Brown sugar - 1 teaspoon
12. Roasted peanuts - ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Beef Massaman Curry

1. Stage

Heat oil in a wok over high heat. Stir in curry paste and heat until bubbling. Add beef and coconut milk; cook and stir until beef is browned, 7 to 10 minutes.

2. Stage

Stir in potato, onion, fish sauce, lemon juice, chili peppers, lime leaves, and brown sugar. Cook for 5 minutes, reduce heat, and simmer until beef is tender, 20 to 30 minutes. Sprinkle peanuts on top.
