1. 1 lb. ground beef -
2. 1 tsp. garlic powder -
3. 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce -
4. Kosher salt -
5. Freshly ground black pepper -
6. 1/2 c. low fat Greek yogurt -
7. 1 tbsp. red wine vinegar -
8. 2 tsp. mustard -
9. 1 tsp. ketchup -
10. 1/2 tsp. paprika -
11. 2 heads romaine lettuce, chopped -
12. 1 c. shredded cheddar -
13. 1 c. grape tomatoes, halved -
14. Dill pickle chips, quartered -
15. 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced -
16. 1 tsp. Sesame seeds, for garnish -

How to cook deliciously - Big Mac Salad

1. Stage

In a medium skillet over medium heat, add ground beef, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce and season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until no pink remains, 8 to 10 minutes. Transfer beef to a large bowl, discarding as much fat as possible.

2. Stage

Make dressing: In a medium bowl, whisk together yogurt, vinegar, mustard, ketchup and paprika. 

3. Stage

Assemble salad: To the bowl, add and toss together romaine, cheddar, tomatoes, pickles, and red onion. Drizzle with dressing and garnish with sesame seeds.
