1. 8 hard-boiled eggs, peeled -
2. 1/2 stalk celery, finely chopped (about 1/3 c.) -
3. 1/4 c. mayonnaise -
4. 2 tbsp. finely sliced chives -
5. 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice -
6. 2 tsp. whole-grain mustard -
7. Kosher salt -
8. Freshly ground black pepper -
9. Paprika and crackers, for serving  -

How to cook deliciously - Best Egg Salad

1. Stage

Coarsely chop eggs and transfer to a medium bowl. Slightly mash with a fork to break up yolks. Add celery, mayonnaise, chives, lemon juice, and mustard and mix until combined; season with salt and pepper.

2. Stage

Transfer egg salad to a serving bowl. Top with paprika. Serve with crackers alongside.
