Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Pulse sugar in food processor until superfine and powdery. With a small, clean paintbrush, brush petals of each flower gently but thoroughly with egg white. Sprinkle with sugar to coat, shaking off excess. Place on prepare baking sheet and let dry for at least 10 hours and up to overnight. Store in a single layer in an airtight container for up to 1 year.
