Ingredients for - Cheesecake Pops

1. 2 (8-oz.) blocks cream cheese -
2. 1/4 c. sour cream -
3. 3/4 c. powdered sugar -
4. 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract -
5. 1/4 tsp. kosher salt -
6. 1 c. chopped strawberries -
7. 1/4 c. crushed graham crackers -
8. 15 popsicle sticks -

How to cook deliciously - Cheesecake Pops

1. Stage

In a large bowl using hand mixer, beat cream cheese, sour cream, powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt until smooth. Fold in strawberries.

2. Stage

Spoon mixture into Dixie cups then sprinkle graham crackers on top.

3. Stage

Insert a popsicle stick into the middle of each cheesecake cup.

4. Stage

Freeze until the cheesecake mixture is solid. Remove from Dixie cups and serve immediately.
