Ingredients for - Chia Pudding

1. 1 c. almond milk or milk of your choice -
2. 1/4 c. chia seeds -
3. 1 tbsp. pure maple syrup, honey, or agave nectar -
4. 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract (optional) -
5. Pinch of kosher salt -
6. Sliced fruit, granola, jam, and/or nuts, for serving -

How to cook deliciously - Chia Pudding

1. Stage

In a medium bowl, whisk milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla (if using), and salt.

2. Stage

Cover and refrigerate until thickened, at least 2 hours or up to overnight. 

3. Stage

Serve with mix-ins and toppings of your choice.
