1. 1 (28-ounce) bag frozen French fries -
3. 1 carrot, diced -
4. 1 celery stalk, diced -
5. 1/2 large onion, diced -
6. 2 garlic cloves, minced -
7. 2 tsp. fresh thyme, chopped -
11. 1 1/4 c. shredded rotisserie chicken -
12. 1 1/4 c. frozen peas -

Bake fries according to package instructions.

Meanwhile, in a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter. Add carrot, celery, and onion and cook until soft, 8 to 10 minutes. Stir in garlic and thyme and cook 1 minute. Sprinkle with flour and toss to coat. Cook, stirring, 2 to 3 minutes.

Whisk in chicken broth and heavy cream until smooth. Bring to a simmer and add shredded chicken and frozen peas. Simmer until warmed through.

Serve over baked fries.
