How to cook deliciously - Chocolate Peanut Butter Bundt Cake
1. Stage
Make cake: Preheat oven to 350°. Butter and flour a bundt pan. In a large bowl using a hand mixer, beat together peanut butter, butter, and sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, until incorporated, then stir in vanilla.
2. Stage
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder and salt. Add half the dry ingredients to wet ingredients, beating until just combined. Beat in milk. Add remaining dry ingredients and mix on low until batter is just combined.
