1. Baking powder - 2 tablespoons
2. Kosher salt - 1 tablespoon
3. Freshly ground black pepper - 1 teaspoon
4. Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
5. Chicken wing sections - 2 ½ pounds
6. Honey - ⅓ cup
7. Sriracha sauce - ⅓ cup
8. Seasoned rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
9. Sesame oil - ¼ teaspoon
10. Sesame seeds, or as desired - 1 pinch

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place an oven-proof wire rack over the foil.

Whisk baking powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika together in a small bowl.
