Ingredients for - Shrimp Fried Rice

1. Water - 3 cups
2. Uncooked white rice - 1 ½ cups
3. Vegetable oil - 4 tablespoons
4. Fresh bean sprouts - 1 cup
5. Chopped onion - ½ cup
6. Cooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined without tail - 1 ½ cups
7. Eggs, beaten - 2 large
8. Chopped green onion - ¼ cup
9. Soy sauce - 4 tablespoons
10. Salt - 1 teaspoon
11. Ground black pepper - ¼ teaspoon
12. Sesame oil - ¼ teaspoon

1. Stage

Bring water to a boil in a saucepan. Add rice and stir. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes. Set aside and allow rice to cool.
