Ingredients for - Summer Chicken and Vegetable Skillet

1. Vegetable oil 2 tablespoons
2. Boneless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch pieces 1 ½ pounds
3. Water 4 cups
4. Bear Creek® Chicken Noodle Soup Mix 1 package
5. Medium zucchini, halved lengthwise and sliced 1
6. Halved grape tomatoes 2 cups
7. Baby spinach leaves 2 cups
8. Lemon juice 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Summer Chicken and Vegetable Skillet

1 . Stage

Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and brown chicken in 2 batches. Transfer to a plate.

2 . Stage

Stir water and soup mix into the skillet and bring to a boil over high heat. Return chicken to skillet.

3 . Stage

Reduce heat to low and simmer 5 minutes. Stir in zucchini and cook 3 minutes.

4 . Stage

Stir in tomatoes and spinach and cook 2 minutes or until noodles are tender. Stir in lemon juice.
