1. 1 tbsp. oil -
2. 2 c. frozen shredded hash browns -
3. 6 eggs -
4. 10 slice Oscar Mayer® Bacon -
5. c. green onion slices -
6. 1/4 tsp. salt -
7. 1/4 tsp. Pepper -
8. c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese -
9. 1 medium tomato -
10. Additional green onion slices -

How to cook deliciously - Easy Bacon Frittata

1. Stage

Heat oil in medium nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add potatoes; cook 8 to 10 minutes or until browned, stirring occasionally. Spread potatoes to evenly cover bottom of skillet.

2. Stage

Beat eggs, bacon, onions, salt, and pepper with wire whisk until well blended; pour evenly over potatoes. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover.

3. Stage

Cook 10 minutes or until center is set; sprinkle with cheese and tomatoes. Cut into 6 wedges to serve. Garnish with additional green onion slices just before serving, optional.Each serving provides: 10%DV Vitamin A, 15%DV Vitamin C, 8% DV Calcium, and 10%DV Iron.
