Ingredients for - Honey soy sprouts

1. 3 tbsp honey -
2. 2 tbsp light soy sauce -
3. 1 tbsp vegetable oil -
4. thumb-sized piece ginger , peeled and cut into small pieces -
5. 1 garlic clove , sliced -
6. 400g shredded brussels sprouts -
7. 1 tsp Shaoxing wine -
8. 1 tsp sesame oil -
9. toasted sesame seeds , to serve -

How to cook deliciously - Honey soy sprouts

1. Stage

Stir the honey and the soy together in a small bowl. Set aside.

2. Stage

Heat the oil in a wok and fry the ginger and garlic for 1 min. Add the shredded sprouts and stir-fry for 1-2 mins until wilted. Pour in the Shaoxing wine, then the honey sauce. Toss everything together. Season, drizzle with the sesame oil, scatter with sesame seeds and serve.
