2. 1/4 c. Dutch process cocoa -
3. c. confectioners' sugar -
4. 4 c. hot brewed coffee -
5. 1/4 c. brown sugar -
6. 4 oz. Irish whiskey -

How to cook deliciously - Irish Coffee with Dutch Whipped Cream

1. Stage

With an electric mixer, whip cream with cocoa and confectioners' sugar until just stiff. Fill a mug with 1 cup coffee. Add 1 tbsp. brown sugar and 1 ounce whiskey. Stir until sugar dissolves. Top with a dollop of whipped cream. Repeat with 3 more mugs. Dust with cocoa before serving.
