1. 1/2 c. olive oil -
2. 1/4 c. red wine vinegar -
3. 1/4 c. freshly squeezed orange juice -
4. 2 tbsp. minced shallot -
5. Kosher salt -
6. Freshly ground black pepper -
7. 2 large bunches of kale, ribs removed and roughly chopped -
8. 1 apple, thinly sliced -
9. 1/2 c. dried cherries -
10. 1/2 c. Toasted sliced almonds -
11. 1/4 c. crumbled feta -

How to cook deliciously - Kale Salad With Apples and Toasted Almonds

1. Stage

In a medium bowl whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, orange juice, and shallot. Season with salt and pepper. 

2. Stage

In a large bowl toss together kale, apples, cherries, and almonds. 

3. Stage

Toss with dressing and top with feta to serve.
