How to cook deliciously - Pineapple Cheese Ball
1. Stage
In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, pineapple, green onions, peppers, ½ cup pecans, salt, and black pepper. Place mixture on plastic wrap shape into a ball. Wrap in plastic wrap and place inside a bowl to help keep shape. Refrigerate until well chilled, 2 hours.
2. Stage
When ready to serve, place remaining 1 ½ cup pecans on a large plate. Unwrap cheese ball and roll in pecans to coat outside well. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
3. Stage
Serve with crackers.
