Ingredients for - Pineapple Cheese Ball

1. 2 (8-oz.) blocks cream cheese, softened -
2. 1 1/2 c. crushed pineapple, well drained -
3. 2 green onions, thinly sliced -
4. 1 small green bell pepper, finely chopped -
5. 2 tsp. seasoned salt -
6. Freshly ground black pepper -
7. 2 c. chopped toasted pecans, divided -

How to cook deliciously - Pineapple Cheese Ball

1. Stage

In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, pineapple, green onions, peppers, ½ cup pecans, salt, and black pepper. Place mixture on plastic wrap shape into a ball. Wrap in plastic wrap and place inside a bowl to help keep shape. Refrigerate until well chilled, 2 hours. 

2. Stage

When ready to serve, place remaining 1 ½ cup pecans on a large plate. Unwrap cheese ball and roll in pecans to coat outside well. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Serve with crackers.
