Ingredients for - Mussels with Tomatoes & Garlic

1. 2 tbsp. butter -
2. 1 onion, chopped -
3. 3 cloves garlic, minced -
4. 1 15-oz. can diced tomatoes -
5. 1/2 c. dry white wine -
6. 2 tbsp. freshly chopped parsley, plus more for garnish -
7. Kosher salt -
8. Freshly ground black pepper -
9. 2 lb. mussels, scrubbed and debearded -
10. Grilled bread, for serving -

How to cook deliciously - Mussels with Tomatoes & Garlic

1. Stage

In a pot over medium-low heat, melt butter. Add onion and cook until fragrant and soft, 5 minutes, then add garlic and cook until fragrant, 1 minute more.

2. Stage

Add diced tomatoes, wine, and parsley and stir until combined. Season with salt and pepper.

3. Stage

Add mussels and simmer until all shells are open, 7-8 minutes. (Discard any shells that aren’t open.)

4. Stage

Garnish with more parsley and serve with grilled bread.
