1. 2 large eggs, room temperature -
2. 1/2 c. butter, browned and cooled slightly -
3. 1/4 c. white sugar -
4. 1/2 c. light brown sugar -
5. 1/4 c. maple syrup -
6. 1 tbsp. flour -
7. 1 tbsp. whole milk -
8. 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract -
9. 2 c. walnuts, coarsely chopped -
10. 5 strips bacon, cooked and diced -

How to cook deliciously - Maple-Bacon Walnut Pie

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 400°.

2. Stage

In large bowl, beat eggs until slightly foamy. Stir in browned butter, sugars, and maple syrup; whisk until fully combined. Stir in flour, milk, and vanilla, then add walnuts and bacon and stir until fully coated.

3. Stage

Pour mixture into Basic Pie Crust. Bake 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 325° and bake until top no longer jiggles in the center, 40 to 50 minutes more. Cool completely (ideally overnight in the fridge) before slicing and serving.
