1. 1/2 c. (1 stick) Land O Lakes® Salted Butter, plus more for greasing the pan -
2. 4 medium sweet potatoes, sliced into ½"-thick rounds -
3. 1 tbsp. chopped fresh thyme leaves -
4. 2 tbsp. maple syrup  -
5. 1/4 tsp. ground cayenne pepper -
6. 2 tsp. kosher salt -
7. 1 tsp. freshly ground pepper -
8. 4 cloves garlic, grated -
9. 1/4 c. heavy cream -
10. 1 tbsp. all-purpose flour -
11. 2 c. freshly grated Parmesan -

How to cook deliciously - Maple-Parmesan Scalloped Sweet Potatoes

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 425°. Butter a 9”-x-13” casserole dish or other oven safe baking dish with Land O Lakes® Salted Butter.

2. Stage

Arrange your rounds of sweet potato in the prepared baking dish.

3. Stage

In a small pot, melt the stick of Land O Lakes® Salted Butter with the thyme, maple syrup, cayenne, salt, pepper, and garlic. Cook until fragrant, about 2 minutes.

4. Stage

Pour the cream and flour into the butter and whisk to combine.

5. Stage

Pour the butter mixture evenly over the potatoes, cover with foil, and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the potatoes from the oven, remove the foil, and sprinkle the parmesan evenly on top of the potatoes. Continue cooking another 20 minutes without the foil, until the top is golden.
