2. Long-grain white rice - 1 cup
3. Condensed French onion soup - 1 (10.5 ounce) can
4. Canned mushrooms, drained - 1 (4 ounce) can
5. Water - 2 cups

How to cook deliciously - Mushroom Onion Rice

1. Stage

Melt margarine in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in rice and cook just until lightly browned. Mix in soup, mushrooms and water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 25 minutes.
