1. Yellow onion, chopped 1
2. Celery, chopped 3 ribs
3. Carrots, chopped 2
4. Leeks, chopped 2
5. Garlic, diced 4 cloves
6. Water 12 cups
7. Chopped fresh parsley 1 cup
8. Dried thyme 2 teaspoons
9. Dried oregano 2 teaspoons
10. Bay leaves 2
11. Salt and ground black pepper to taste 2
12. Soy sauce ¼ cup
13. Liquid smoke 3 teaspoons
14. Vegan Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Vegan Beef Broth

1 . Stage

Saute onion in a large nonstick soup pot over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add celery, carrots, leeks, and garlic; saute for 10 minutes. Add water, parsley, thyme, oregano, bay leaves, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, lower heat to medium-low, and simmer for 30 minutes.

2 . Stage

Add soy sauce, liquid smoke, and vegan Worcestershire sauce; simmer for 1 hour. Remove and discard vegetables and bay leaves with a slotted spoon.
