2. 1 cup butter, melted -
3. 2 teaspoons vanilla extract -
4. 2 cups sugar -
5. 1-1/4 cups all-purpose flour -
6. 3/4 cup baking cocoa -
7. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder -
8. 1/4 teaspoon salt -
9. 1 cup milk chocolate chips -
10. Filling: -
11. 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened -
12. 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter -
13. 1/4 cup sugar -
14. 1 large egg -
15. 2 tablespoons 2% milk -

How to cook deliciously - Peanut Butter Swirl Brownies

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, beat the eggs, butter and vanilla until smooth. Whisk together the dry ingredients and gradually add to the egg mixture. Stir in the chocolate chips but set aside 1 cup for topping. Spread the remaining batter into a greased 13x9-inch baking pan.

Beat the cream cheese, peanut butter and sugar until smooth. Beat the egg and milk on low until combined. Carefully spread over the batter.

Drop the reserved batter by tablespoonfuls over the filling. Cut through batter with a knife to swirl.

Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 35 to 40 minutes (do not overbake). Cool completely on a wire rack. Chill until serving.
