1. 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened -
2. 1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple, well drained -
3. 1/2 cup chopped green pepper -
4. 1/2 cup chopped green onions -
5. 1 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning -
6. 1 teaspoon seasoned salt -
7. 2 cups chopped pecans, divided -
8. Assorted crackers -

How to cook deliciously - Pineapple Pecan Cheese Ball

1. Stage

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Stir in the pineapple, green pepper, green onion, seasonings and 1/2 cup pecans. Shape the cheese mixture into a ball. Wrap; refrigerate overnight.

2. Stage

Just before serving, roll the cheese ball in the remaining pecans. Serve with crackers. Test Kitchen Tip: For the best flavor, toast the pecans first!
