1. 1 package (28 ounces) frozen O'Brien potatoes, thawed -
2. 1 pound bacon strips, cooked and crumbled -
3. 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese -
4. 12 large eggs -
5. 2 cups 2% milk -
6. 1 teaspoon seasoned salt -
7. 1 teaspoon pepper -
8. Minced chives, optional -

How to cook deliciously - Overnight Bacon and Swiss Breakfast

1. Stage

In a greased 4- or 5-qt. slow cooker, layer potatoes, bacon and cheese. In a large bowl, whisk eggs, milk, seasoned salt and pepper; pour over top. Cook, covered, on low 4-5 hours or until eggs are set. Turn off slow cooker. Remove crock insert to a wire rack; let stand, uncovered, 30 minutes before serving. Garnish with minced chives, if desired.
