2. 1 package (30 ounces) frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed -
3. 1-1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided -
4. 1/2 teaspoon salt -
5. 1/4 teaspoon pepper -
6. 8 large eggs -
7. 2 cups 2% milk -

How to cook deliciously - Easy Breakfast Casserole

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350°. In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until no longer pink, 5-7 minutes, breaking into crumbles; drain. In a large bowl, combine hash browns, sausage, 1 cup cheese, salt and pepper. In another large bowl, whisk eggs and milk until blended; stir into potato mixture. Spoon into a greased 13x9-in. baking dish.

2. Stage

Bake, uncovered, at until a knife inserted in center comes out clean, 45-50 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Bake until cheese is melted, 2-3 minutes.
