1. 2 cans (10-3/4 ounces each) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
2. 2 cups sour cream
3. 2/3 cup butter, melted
4. 1 teaspoon garlic powder
5. 1 teaspoon pepper
6. 6-1/2 pounds potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch slices
7. 6 cups cubed fully cooked ham (about 2-1/2 pounds)
8. 1 package (16 ounces) Velveeta, cubed

1 . Stage

Preheat oven to 350°. Mix first 5 ingredients. Stir in potatoes, ham and cheese. Transfer to 2 greased 13x9-in. baking dishes.
