1. 1 tbsp. white wine vinegar -
2. 1/4 tsp. salt -
3. 1/4 tsp. Freshly ground black pepper -
4. 3 tbsp. nonfat plain yogurt -
5. 1 tbsp. virgin olive oil -
6. 10 oz. romaine lettuce -
7. 1 tbsp. chopped fresh herb mixture (tarragon, chives, basil, and chervil) -

How to cook deliciously - Romaine with Creamy Yogurt Dressing

1. Stage

In a bowl large enough to hold the lettuce, whisk together the vinegar, salt, pepper, and yogurt. Whisk in the oil.

2. Stage

Wash the lettuce pieces well in cold water and spin them dry in a salad spinner.

3. Stage

Add the lettuce to the dressing in the bowl, and toss it until coated with the dressing. Sprinkle on the fresh herbs, and serve immediately.
