How to cook deliciously - Salt & Vinegar Cucumber Chips
1. Stage
Preheat oven to 225° and lightly grease two large baking sheet with parchment. Using a mandoline or a sharp knife, cut cucumber into slices ⅛” thick.
2. Stage
Pat cucumbers dry with paper towels and place in a medium bowl. Add vinegar, salt, and garlic powder and toss to combine.
3. Stage
Place cucumbers in an even layer on prepared baking sheets. Bake until dried out, 1 hour and 30 minutes, flipping halfway through. Remove cucumbers from tray as the start to crisp and allow others to keep baking.
