How to cook deliciously - Sweet Tea Jello Shots
1. Stage
In a liquid measuring cup, juice lemons until you get 1/4 cup liquid. Hollow out those and the remaining lemons by inserting the tip of a spoon between the fruit and the rind. Gently work the spoon under the fruit and lift to separate fruit from peel. Place hallowed out lemons on a rimmed baking sheet and set aside.

In a small saucepan over high heat, combine water and sugar. Bring water to a boil and stir until sugar is dissolved, then add black tea bags. Turn off heat and steep until dark, 3 to 4 minutes.

Return liquid to a simmer, then whisk in lemon juice, vodka and Jell-o mix. Let cool slightly, then carefully pour liquid into lemon halves.

Refrigerate until set, about 1 hour. Slice the lemons in half again and serve.
