How to cook deliciously - Valentine Strawberry Roll-Ups
1. Stage
Preheat oven to 175° and line a large cooking sheet with parchment paper. In the bowl of a food processor, combine strawberries, sugar, lemon juice and vanilla. Puree until completely smooth.

Pour strawberry mixture onto prepared sheet tray and bake 3-4 hours, until completely dry and barely sticky.

Let cool completely, then use heart cookie cutters to cut roll-ups into hearts. Serve.
