Ingredients for - Apple Muesli with Goji Berries
1. 2 large apples -
2. 1 c. rolled oats, kamut, or spelt -
3. 3 tbsp. flax seeds -
4. 1 1/4 c. coconut water -
5. 1 1/4 c. plain 2-percent Greek yogurt -
6. 1/2 c. dried goji berries -
7. 2 tbsp. fresh mint leaves -
10. Fresh berries, granola, and chopped nuts -
How to cook deliciously - Apple Muesli with Goji Berries
1. Stage
Using a box grater set over a large bowl, coarsely grate the apples, stopping when you reach the core. Add the rolled oats, flax seeds, coconut water, yogurt, goji berries, and mint to the bowl and stir until thoroughly combined. Cover the muesli and refrigerate overnight.
2. Stage
