1. Stage
Preheat oven to 350°. Arrange baguette slices on two large rimmed baking sheets; brush top side with oil, and season lightly with salt and pepper.

Bake until golden, flipping crostini halfway through, about 10 minutes. Let cool on baking sheets.

Meanwhile, pulse Treasure Cave® Crumbled Blue Cheese and heavy cream in food processor until smooth, light, and fluffy, scraping down sides as necessary, about 30 seconds.

Spread each crostini generously with whipped blue cheese. Top each crostini with two slices of pear, a sprinkle of pecans, drizzle of honey, more Treasure Cave® Crumbled Blue Cheese and a mint leaf and serve.
