1. 12 frozen hash brown patties -
2. 1 c. shredded cheddar -
3. 1 c. shredded Monterey Jack -
4. 6 large eggs, scrambled -
5. 4 bacon strips, cooked and chopped -
6. Kosher salt -
7. Freshly ground black pepper -
8. 1/2 c. prepared guacamole -
9. 1/4 c. salsa -
10. Sliced green onions, for garnish -
11. Pickled jalapeños, for garnish -

How to cook deliciously - Breakfast Nachos

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 425°. Arrange hash browns on a baking sheet and bake until deeply golden and cooked through, 20 to 25 minutes. Slice each patty diagonally.

2. Stage

Top with both cheeses, scrambled eggs, and bacon and season with salt and pepper.

3. Stage

Bake until cheese is melted, 10 minutes more.

Top with guacamole, salsa, green onions, and pickled jalapeños and serve.
