Ingredients for - Breakfast Nachos

1. 12 frozen hash brown patties
2. 1 c. shredded cheddar
3. 1 c. shredded Monterey Jack
4. 6 large eggs, scrambled
5. 4 bacon strips, cooked and chopped
6. Kosher salt
7. Freshly ground black pepper
8. 1/2 c. prepared guacamole
9. 1/4 c. salsa
10. Sliced green onions, for garnish
11. Pickled jalapeños, for garnish

How to cook deliciously - Breakfast Nachos

1 . Stage

Preheat oven to 425°. Arrange hash browns on a baking sheet and bake until deeply golden and cooked through, 20 to 25 minutes. Slice each patty diagonally.

2 . Stage

Top with both cheeses, scrambled eggs, and bacon and season with salt and pepper.

3 . Stage

Bake until cheese is melted, 10 minutes more.

4 . Stage

Top with guacamole, salsa, green onions, and pickled jalapeños and serve.
