Ingredients for - Corn Salsa

1. 5 ears of yellow corn, husks removed -
2. 2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil -
3. Kosher salt -
4. 1 ripe avocado, chopped -
5. 1 c. quartered grape tomatoes -
6. 1/2 red onion, finely chopped -
7. 2 tbsp. sliced basil -
8. 1/4 c. extra-virgin olive oil -
9. 1/3 c. lime juice -
10. 1 clove garlic, minced -
11. 1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes -
12. Kosher salt -

How to cook deliciously - Corn Salsa

1. Stage

Brush corn with oil and season with salt. Grill for 8 minutes, or until the kernels begin to char. Let cool slightly, then slice the kernels off the corn with a knife.

2. Stage

In a large bowl combine corn, avocado, tomatoes, onion and basil.

3. Stage

In a medium bowl, combine oil, lime, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Season with salt and whisk until smooth. Pour mixture over the salsa and stir until ingredients are fully coated.

Serve with tortilla chips.
